Project Objective

Increase competitiveness by expanding the Muszyna health resort's offer in the field of sports and recreation services.

The project concerns construction and equipment of a sports-recreational park in Złockie, plot no. 1674, Muszyna resort area. It includes 4 tasks: 1Construction, 2Equipment, 3Indirect costs, 4Non-eligible costs. Task 1: a 3-storey sports facility with internal installations, technical infrastructure, and landscaping. Architecture matches surroundings, simple form, good insulation. Ground floor: lobby, restaurant, kitchen, courts, food and sports storage, social rooms, lockers, WC, table tennis, reception, bike rental. 1st floor: playrooms, TV room, technical, coaching and first aid rooms, office, squash, lockers, WC. 2nd floor: gym, guard room, service rooms, lockers, WC. Plot: 8047 m²; building: 1204.22 m²; usable area: 2316.83 m²; volume: 11,430 m³; height: 13.33 m. Energy-efficient design, 25–50% less energy than traditional buildings. Accessible for disabled people. Task 2: purchase of high-standard, safe equipment. Task 3: project management. Task 4: additional non-eligible equipment. Solutions meet identified needs, including year-round tourism and sports offer.
